7. Academic Policies

7.1 Attendance & Participation

• Minimum 80% attendance required for program completion
• Missed sessions must be made up through recorded content
• Active participation in labs and projects is mandatory

7.2 Grading & Assessment

• Weekly Quizzes: 20% of final grade
• Hands-on Labs: 25% of final grade
• Midterm Project: 20% of final grade
• Final Capstone: 35% of final grade
• Passing Threshold: Minimum 70% overall

7.3 Retake Policy

• Failed modules can be retaken once
• Retake fees apply ($50-$100 per module)
• Students must complete retakes within 30 days
• Maximum 2 retake attempts per program
