4. Enrollment & Registration
4.1 Eligibility
To enroll in our programs, you must:

7. Academic Policies
7.1 Attendance & Participation
- Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
- Minimum 80% attendance required for program completion
- Missed sessions must be made up through recorded content
- Active participation in labs and projects is mandatory
7.2 Grading & Assessment
- Weekly Quizzes: 20% of final grade
- Hands-on Labs: 25% of final grade
- Midterm Project: 20% of final grade
- Final Capstone: 35% of final grade
- Passing Threshold: Minimum 70% overall
7.3 Retake Policy
- Failed modules can be retaken once
- Retake fees apply ($50-$100 per module)
- Students must complete retakes within 30 days
- Maximum 2 retake attempts per program
7.4 Academic Integrity
We maintain strict academic integrity policies. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Plagiarism: Copying others' work or using AI-generated content without attribution
- Cheating: Using unauthorized materials during exams or assessments
- Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with others

Anti-Harassment Policy
CSN maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, or any form of disrespectful behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Intimidation, bullying, or threatening behavior
- Inappropriate comments or advances
Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including potential dismissal from programs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services are the intellectual property of Cyber Skill Nexus Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.1 Ownership
- Course Materials: All curriculum, lectures, labs, and documentation are owned by CSN
- Branding: All logos, trademarks, and service marks belong to CSN
- Software: Our proprietary training tools and platforms
- Student Work: Work produced during programs remains the student\'s intellectual property, but may be used for CSN marketing with permission
9.2 Permitted Use
- You may access and view materials for personal learning purposes
- You may download materials as permitted by course structure
- You may reference materials in your professional portfolio with attribution
9.3 Prohibited Use
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials
- You may not share access credentials with others
- You may not use our content for competing services
- You may not remove copyright or proprietary notices
10. Placement Services
Our placement services are designed to support your career development, but they do not guarantee employment. By using our placement services, you agree to:

- Extended inactivity
Upon termination, you will lose access to course materials and services. No refunds will be provided for termination due to violations.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Connecticut, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding.
