2. Assessment Methods

We use a variety of assessment methods to evaluate student learning:

Weekly Quizzes

Hands-On Labs

3. Grading System

We use a transparent and consistent grading system:

Students must achieve a minimum grade of C (70%) in each module to progress.

4. Passing Requirements

To successfully complete a program, students must meet the following requirements:

5. Retake Policy

We provide opportunities for students to retake failed assessments:

Module Retakes
  • Failed modules can be retaken once
  • Retake fee: $50-$100 per module
  • Must complete retake within 30 days
  • Maximum 2 retake attempts per program
Project Resubmissions
  • Projects can be resubmitted once
  • Resubmission deadline: 14 days after feedback
  • Must incorporate feedback from evaluation
  • Resubmission fee: $25 per project
Students who fail the same module twice may be required to repeat the entire program.

Active participation is essential for learning:

10. Appeals Process

Students have the right to appeal assessment decisions:

Discuss your grade with the instructor within 7 days of receiving the grade.

Step 2: Formal Appeal

Submit a formal written appeal to the Academic Committee within 14 days.

Step 3: Committee Review

The Academic Committee reviews the appeal and all evidence.

Step 4: Final Decision

The committee issues a final decision within 21 days of the appeal.
