3. Anti-Harassment Policy
CSN maintains a zero-tolerance policy against harassment in any form. Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

- Plagiarism: Copying others' work or using AI-generated content without attribution
- Cheating: Using unauthorized materials during exams or assessments

- Impersonation: Having someone else complete your work
- Falsification: Fabricating data, results, or credentials
- Unauthorized Sharing: Distributing course materials without permission
- AI Misuse: Submitting AI-generated content as your own work
5. Professional Conduct
All members of the CSN community are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times:
Punctuality & Attendance
- Attend all scheduled sessions on time
- Notify instructors of planned absences
- Complete assignments by deadlines
- Participate actively in learning activities
Professionalism
- Dress appropriately for learning environment
- Use professional language and tone
- Respect others' time and contributions
- Maintain confidentiality when required
Collaboration
- Work effectively in teams

Ethical Behavior
- Follow all CSN policies and procedures

7. Privacy & Respect

11. Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including:

12. Appeals Process
Students have the right to appeal disciplinary decisions:
Step 1: Written Appeal
Submit a written appeal within 14 days of receiving the disciplinary decision.
Step 2: Review Committee
A committee of faculty and staff reviews your appeal and all evidence.
Step 3: Hearing
You may request a hearing to present your case and respond to evidence.
Step 4: Final Decision
The committee issues a final decision within 30 days of the appeal.
